Welcome to Platinum Plus Vacations. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our travel services, packages, or planning products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which we provide our services.

1. Payment Plans

Platinum Plus Vacations offers flexible payment plans to make travel more accessible. Payment plans are available for periods ranging from 12 months (1 year) to 36 months (3 years), depending on the selected vacation package.

• The 36-month payment option is available only for select all-inclusive or cruise vacation packages.

• A deposit is required at the time of purchase.

• The remaining balance is divided evenly across the selected number of months.

• Payments will be automatically charged each month to the payment method on file.

• The first automatic payment will occur the month following the initial deposit.

By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize Platinum Plus Vacations to automatically process recurring payments according to the agreed schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method remains active and up-to-date.

2. Travel Planning & Quotation Requests

Platinum Plus Vacations provides one complimentary travel quotation, including up to two free revisions to ensure your itinerary aligns with your preferences.

• Additional revisions beyond the second are subject to a non-refundable $150 planning fee.

• Paying this planning fee does not secure travel arrangements; reservations are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received.

• Quotes are subject to change until payment is received, as pricing is based on real-time supplier availability.

3. Vacation Package Discounts

Platinum Plus Vacations partners with professional travel agents, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators to offer deeply discounted vacation packages.

• Discounts may be up to 65% off standard retail pricing.

• Discounts vary depending on availability, season, destination, and package inclusions.

• All pricing and discounts are subject to change until the customer’s payment is processed.

We do not guarantee that all packages will qualify for maximum discounts.

4. Eligibility for U.S. and Canada Residents

Complete vacation packages—including flights, hotel accommodations, land and sea transportation, and activities—are available only to residents of the United States and Canada.

Customers residing outside the United States and Canada may purchase vacation packages excluding airfare. Airfare must be booked independently by the customer.

Platinum Plus Vacations is not responsible for additional costs required for international travelers, including visas, passports, customs requirements, or travel documentation.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with Platinum Plus Vacations, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and payment information

• Ensuring all travelers meet passport, visa, and documentation requirements

• Adhering to payment deadlines in your selected payment plan

• Reviewing and understanding supplier terms (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.)

• Notifying us immediately of any errors or discrepancies in travel documents

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in travel delays, denied boarding, or cancellations at your expense.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

Cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes are subject to the policies of each individual travel supplier involved in your package (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour companies).
Platinum Plus Vacations follows those policies and cannot override, modify, or dispute supplier rules.

Please review all cancellation terms before submitting payment.

Payment plan deposits and planning fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Platinum Plus Vacations acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

• Supplier actions, errors, or omissions

• Changes in pricing, availability, or schedules

• Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events

• Loss, injury, illness, or damages incurred during travel

Your travel is governed by the terms and conditions of each supplier. By booking, you agree to hold Platinum Plus Vacations harmless for any issues arising from third-party services.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
